Choosing to dye your hair with henna is a big commitment. Henna is not only a permanant dye, it is also dangerous to use chemical box-dyes over it.
So, if you are considering bleaching or dying your hair with chemicals, please do not do that over henna. Just wait till it's grown out.

You can help speed up the process by using hot oil treatments: I would recommend Olive Oil, which I believe is the best for this treatment, being such a heavy oil that will not only nourish your hair but also help fade the henna color at least.
