Dermaroller is a revolutionary device in the world of dermatology and skin care. It is basically a handheld roller, though comes in different sizes, with a certain number of micro-needles on it.

It's absolutely worth a try. I find it works best for stretch marks. It should be used carefully though, and overusing it doesn't speed up the process so make sure you read and stick to the instructions.
