OMG, I can't believe I finally got to improve my nose shape without going under the knife. I might sound ridiculous but please bear with me.
So, after desperately trying everything I could think of to make my nose even slightly smaller, stuff like the Japanese Nose Clippers, nose massage,ginger.. etc
Nothing actually worked. All of those methods only irritated my skin and even made me break out around the nose area.
However, few days ago, I stumbled upon some facial yoga exercises online, then an idea popped into my mind. What if I sculpt my nose and tone it with exercising just I do for my whole body? It does have muscle, doesn't it?
Well, indeed, I went on and looked for nose-reshaping exercises and I found this one which really worked for me.
Before I let you know the secret of this amazing exercise than really did make my nose smaller in no time, I want you to know that this will only tone the muscles around the nose area making the nose look firmer and slightly narrow, resulting in a noticeable yet suble and very natural improvement in the shape of the nose.
This also might not work for all nose shapes. As I said, it will only make your nose slightly more toned and firmer, but it will absolutely not flatten a bump or make your nose longer/shorter etc...
So, here we go. This exercise will only take about 30 seconds of your time everyday. Just drop your jaw and make an O shape with your mouth while keeping your jaw as low as you can, you should feel the stretching of your nose muscle. Afterwards, just place your two index fingers on each nostril and press gently without closing the nostrils. Now just try to flare your nostrils slowly against the fingers' resistance. You should feel and see the muscle working.
Try this and you will see by yourself!
