4. Eat a lot of nuts and seeds. Those are very high in  healthy fats and good nutrients. They are a great source of calories.

5. Limit your physical activity. You need to consume less calories and any increase in physical activity means and increase in calories consumption.

6. Eat at night. This will slow your metabolism.
